Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
1. Strict No-Refund and No-Withdrawal Policy
Laras Router operates on a prepaid usage model for developer API services. Account balance represents prepaid digital service credits usable exclusively for executing AI API requests through our gateway. Because service credits are made available immediately upon deposit, all top-up transactions are considered final and irrevocable.
No Expiration & No Maintenance Fees: To protect developers, purchased account balances have no expiration date. There are no monthly inactivity fees, account maintenance charges, or minimum monthly commitments. Your balance remains safe in your wallet until you decide to consume it.
We strongly advise developers to deposit funds in conservative amounts corresponding to their anticipated near-term API usage (the minimum top-up is $3.00). The 0.70% QRIS admin fee shown at checkout covers the payment network's cost and is not part of your credited balance.
2. Failed Payment Reconciliation (Missing Balance)
In rare instances of payment gateway latency, network dropouts, or inter-bank delays, an Indonesian bank account or e-wallet may be debited via QRIS while your Laras Router wallet balance is not immediately credited.
If your payment succeeded at your bank but your balance has not updated within 15 minutes, this is considered an uncompleted transaction webhook, not a refund. Please contact [email protected] with:
- Your registered account email address
- Transaction Reference ID or QRIS Invoice Number
- Proof of payment (screenshot of mobile banking or e-wallet transfer confirmation)
Our billing team will reconcile the transaction reference with our licensed payment gateway partner and, once the payment is verified, credit the appropriate USD balance to your account.
3. Duplicate Technical Charges
If a technical fault causes a single top-up to be charged more than once, or your balance is otherwise charged in error, please notify [email protected] within seven (7) days of the transaction date with the transaction reference numbers and payment receipts.
These cases are handled manually by our support team. Once verified with our payment gateway partner, the duplicate or erroneous amount is corrected on your Laras Router balance through a ledger adjustment. Refunds and chargebacks are not processed automatically, and we do not guarantee reversal to the original payment source.
4. Account Closure and Unused Balance
You may stop using Laras Router or close your developer account at any time. However, in accordance with our No-Withdrawal policy, any remaining unconsumed balance at the time of account closure is non-refundable and non-withdrawable. Closing an account with remaining balance forfeits the unused credits.
5. Failed API Requests
Before each API request runs, a hold is reserved on your balance. When the request finishes, the hold is settled to the actual charge and any remainder is released:
- If the model provider rejects a request with a client error (HTTP 4xx), no tokens are billed and the hold is released.
- If a request fails with a server error (HTTP 5xx), times out, or is interrupted, its hold is kept while we reconcile it. You may be charged for any usage the model provider reports for that request; if none can be established, the hold is released without a charge.
- If you believe a request was charged incorrectly, contact support with the
X-Laras-Request-IDvalue from the response. Verified errors are corrected manually on your balance.
6. Language
This Refund & Withdrawal Policy is provided in English and Bahasa Indonesia. If there is any inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the two versions, the Bahasa Indonesia version prevails, consistent with Law No. 24 of 2009 on the National Flag, Language, Emblem, and Anthem.
